CharlieBlackwell Chalice has been showcased by the National Pony Society. Blackwell Chalice is fully licensed from graded parents. His sire is performance graded and his Dam is one of only two Silver graded forest mares.

In 2007 Charlie competed successfully in Working Hunter, Hunter Trials and Dressage. He is proving to have a prolific jump. Also his first crop have foals have now entered the showring with great success. In 2006, for the second time, he qualified for the Glyn Greenwood Championship at Ponies UK. In the largest championship for many years, w ith over 40 entrants, Blackwell Chalice gained 3rd place and was the highest placed New Forest pony. During 2006 he won the Stallion class at the Elite East Anglian Native Pony Show at Huntingdon. He also came 4th at the Royal Show, 3rd at East of England (mixed M&M), 3rd at the NCPS (mixed M&M) and 3rd at Market Deeping (mixed M&M).

In 2005 he was Reserve Champion at Leicester County Show, 8th in the Glyn Greenwood National Championship and 3rd in the ISS Championship final.

Charlie is quiet to ride and showing a good aptitude for dressage and jumping. He is as happy popping round show jumps or a cross country course. He manages to combine his show career with covering mares which illustrates his ideal temperament.

Standing approximately 14hh, he is very true to type and was highly scored in the 2004 New Forest Society's annual stallion inspection. He has a quiet and gentle nature.

Examples of last year's foals can be seen on this website.

BobbyStanding at public stud for the first time in 2009 this good young stallion has been lightly shown since obtaining his license in 2008.

In 2008 he qualified for the Showland Native Pony Society Championships and the Royal and London Championships. He was also well placed at Equifest in a competition class. He covered a select few mares at Welham Stud and they have all scanned in foal so his progeny can be seen in 2009.

This up and coming stallion is by the top perfomance stallion Manor Boy of Howen and he is just like his sire. His temperament is second to none and he looks to be following his sire's performance record as well.

Fee for 2008: £200 NFFR.
